Primrose Fixed Call Package
Primrose’s fixed call package provides a cost effective alternative to your current provider with no reduction in quality, if anything you will see an improvement. At Primrose Telecom we only operate with Tier 1 network operators giving you peace of mind that your calls will be routed via the highest quality network available whilst still benefiting from the significant savings associated with Primrose.
NO DISRUPTION TO SERVICE.
You are not required to change your number with this service. Once you have signed your agreement with Primrose the calls will be automatically routed via Opal at network level. The service is called Carrier Pre Selection (CPS), which is an industry wide service regulated by Ofcom.
Primrose Fixed Line Rental Package
The Primrose line rental package is provided via the BT network. As the service is provided via BT you are not required to change your number. Furthermore the current service levels and response times will remain exactly the same as the support infrastructure will continue to be provided by BT Openreach.
The only small change is your Support Team, this will be provided by our experts at Primrose who can be reached on 0800 048 4760
Primrose Business Grade Broadband
Our Primrose Broadband package has been designed to provide high quality Business Grade service with up to 8mb download speeds and a low contention ratio of 14:1.
The service will be provided via Griffin Internet one of the UK’s premier Business Broadband providers.
Primrose Telecom will provide your billing and support services.
The cost of the service includes free connection and support for setting up your router.
